How if I am looking for a brand new property due to Visa or Tax issues?

We will not charge any commission in this case, as Vendor pays us commission for all the brand new properties.

We will do the background check for the developers (Open source), builders, if possible we will even look up the architect and town planner or other related parties for you.

We will also provide some previous projects of the developers and builders, also pending or approved DAs (Development Approvals) within the area for your reference.

We don't mind disclosing the commission that we are getting from the Vendors to make the whole thing more transparent. If possible, we might offer a small rebate back to our clients.

However, a refundable deposit will need to be charged when we are searching all the above details. (To avoid those who get details from us and end up with another agent OR other agents to get details from us and waste our time) This will be fully refunded as if you purchased from us at the end, otherwise we will not refund this deposit as work is already done.
