Is there any conflict if I use Rachel as my mortgage broker?
Rachel will need to declare conflicts of interest to lenders when submitting a mortgage application, rather than that there’s nothing else she needs to do.
Legally and technically she can be your Mortgage Broker as long as you are happy with her, even if you do not appoint her as your broker, she will also assist and be in touch with your broker or bank for the settlement.
