What is a "Buyer's Agent"?

In Australia, all the listings on market like resales properties, off the plans etc, the Vendor pays the commission to the agents, it means the agents are acting in the best interest of the Vendors NOT the Buyers!

The commission rate is not all open (Depends on State), this also means as a Buyer, you do not know whether the agents are selling you a property due to the value of the property or the commission for themselves.

Buyer's Agent is a role that charges a commission from the buyers, and acts in the best interest of the buyers.

We disclose our commissions and ALL conflicts (If there is any), explaining the process and guide the buyers step by step.

We try our best to assist you to search for what suits you, educate you on the knowledge and process that you will need to know.

Most Buyer's Agents charge from 1% - 2% and there is always a minimum charge, you are welcome to search around.

HKPP.com also does our best to charge at a fair price and provide a significant and added value service.
