If you are simply looking for an existing house to live in, we recommend you to purchase our LEPs report service plus consultation service and we will still guide you through the process without any extra charge. However if you are looking for something more to change to investment in the future and would like to know more details of the property, you will need to go through our Buyer's Agent service.

If you are looking for an investment property and would like to know the potential of this house / land, like whether it can be knocked down and build a duplex etc, you will need to go for our Buyer's Agent service, and Rachel will also run through some mortgage details based on your current income, see whether a further development loan is possible.

And if you are looking for a development site to build townhouses or units in the future, this will be custom made for you and the minimum charge is $20K + GST. (Subject to council approval)

Price range will fit your budget, but then you also need to set a reasonable budget, like a $1M house in Bondi is not gonna happen.
