Why don't I see many Buyers Agents in the market?
We would say Buyers Agent is not an easy job. We have to have multiple skills and knowledge, like understanding the property market, knowledge of LEPs, process of purchasing a property, basic knowledge of construction, negotiation skills and mortgage knowledge and so on.
Compare the commission to a lot of the off the plans (2% - 12% commission), we are charging at around 1.X%, we try to keep the fee as low as we can as we know there's a lot of expenses when you are searching for a property.
For example, if an agent sells a property at $500K, if it's an off the plan, the commission will be $12K - 60K and does not take too much time to "close the order", which we are only charging $6K and there will be months and tons of works and researches behind.
We do believe the above will be able to answer your question.
